Once you contact us by telephone or email, we will arrange a time to come and talk over your ideas, taking rough measurements and giving you a quotation for the work. We will then wait for you to contact us again if you wish to accept the quotation. At this point we will draw up the contract and send a surveyor round to take the exact measurements and request a deposit (backed by the Plastic Window Federation).
When we have received the signed contract, we will then have your items made to your exact requirements. Once your items are in stock, we will contact you to book a mutually convenient time to send our very experienced installers to you, to install your new windows, doors, rooflines or conservatory. Once the installers have completed the installation, any rubbish will be removed, leaving your property clean and tidy.
After installation and payment has been received, you will be sent your FENSA Registration Certificate and a certificate of Insurance for your 10 year guarantee from the Plastic Window Federation.
